The conference is coming soon, and we would like to, once again, appreciate your contribution to PEDG 2023. Please find the presentation instruction as below.

Oral Presentation

• The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation are asked to prepare a presentation file according to the Oral Template.

• Each oral presentation is scheduled to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes of Q&A.

• Conference computers will be provided in each oral session room with pre-loaded presentation files. Presenters will not be permitted to utilize alternate computers in the session rooms.

• Oral presenters are required to be in the session room 15 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair, and to check their presentation files in the conference computers.

Poster Presentation

• The authors of papers accepted for poster presentation are asked to prepare a poster file according to the Poster Template.

• Poster presenters are required to stand in front of their posters and answer questions from other attendees.
