Online Registration System

Important Notes:
1. For oversea participants who have difficulty to travel to shanghai, please contact the conference secretary for possibility of online registration.
2. Each paper must have a valid full registration. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration, and the registrant must be an author on each paper. Student registrations, including IEEE Student Member & Non-Member (Student Delegates), are NOT valid for paper publication in the conference proceedings.
